13-Week Business Cash Planner — Free Preview
Free, read-only preview. No account required.
A good month on paper can still leave a difficult week in the bank account.
If a customer pays after your supplies or other expenses are due, an invoice total cannot show the whole problem. The 13-Week Business Cash Planner places expected collections and payments into weeks so you can inspect the cash timing before making another commitment.
What you can work through
- Separate customer receipts from other cash coming into the business.
- Compare the original timing with a delay in customer collections.
- Inspect the lowest projected cash point and keep a calculated report of your scenario.
The free example below shows the idea before you buy. Membership provides access to the interactive tool for your own entries. This preview is static; it does not collect or calculate your information.
Three-row fictional example
| Entry | Assumption | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Opening cash | Week 1 | $500 |
| Customer receipts | Week 1 | $600 |
| Payments | Week 1 | $800; ending cash $300 |
A fictional week starts with $500, receives $600 and pays $800, ending with $300. A delayed customer receipt moves the cash need to a different week.
What to have ready
List opening business cash, expected customer collection weeks and the weeks expenses will actually be paid. Separate customer collections from owner contributions and financing.
How to read the result
Cash received is different from revenue invoiced. Shift delayed collections to the expected receipt week and inspect the lowest cash point. Money beyond the thirteen-week window is not cash already available.
